3790682 - Why are no scores displayed in the "Participant Scores" view while scores are visible in "Adjust Grades for Consensus" in SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing?

Symptom

  • In Classic Sourcing, no scores are displayed when selecting the Content > Display > Participant Scores view during the team grading process.
  • Scores are displayed when Actions>Adjust Grades for Consensus  is selected.
  • The project owner or another user expects to see the scores submitted by the team graders in the Participant Scores view.
