3790684 - Selection Rule in T-code: MD04 Cannot Be Pre-filled via Navigation Parameters

When navigating to T-code: MD04 from other Fiori applications using Target Mapping parameters (routine parameters), the Selection Rule field is not pre-filled with the value passed by the source application. 

When T-code: MD04 is launched with navigation parameters from another application in SAP GUI, the same behavior occurs — Material and Plant are passed successfully, but the Selection Rule field is not populated.
