3790709 - Review section visible on mobile but not in browser in performance form

• A section that is not displayed on PC is being displayed on Mobile.
• Browser: There is no "Review" section after "Objective" and "Competency".
• Mobile: There is a "Review" section after "Performance Evaluation" and "Behavioral Assessment".
• No error messages are shown.

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1) Log in to SAP SuccessFactors using a web browser.
2) Open a Performance Management form.
3) In a comment field that supports the Rich Text Editor (RTE), enter a comment and apply rich text formatting (for example, bold, bullet points, or multiple paragraphs).
4) Save the performance form.
5) Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application using the same user.
a) Navigate to the Performance Management form:
b) iOS: To-Do → Review Performance
c) Android: Home → Tasks Needing Your Attention
d) Open the same performance form.
e) Edit the comment that was previously formatted using the Rich Text Editor on the web application.
f) Save the changes.
g) Reopen the comment in the Mobile application.

• The performance form XML configuration needs correction to achieve the desired section visibility across web and mobile.

1. Review the Performance Management form XML and identify the affected section configuration.
2. If the section is configured as an Individual Development Goal Plan section, check the develop-goal attribute.
3. Change develop-goal="true" to develop-goal="false" in the development goal section to align visibility and allow the section to be rendered as expected on mobile and web.
4. Update the template via Provisioning. If you do not work with a partner, create a case with Product Support to apply the XML update.
5. Validate the change in a test environment and relaunch new forms to confirm the behavior.
