3790796 - Early Termination End Date Handling for Future Terminations

When an employee's employment is terminated with a future effective date, any absence requests scheduled after the termination date must be managed manually.

The system does not automatically cancel or adjust these absences, which can lead to additional administrational challenges and balance management issues.
