- You may notice that the Configure option for the LeanIX for Confluence app is not visible in Confluence administration.
- The host and API token fields are not available under the app's details.
- Reinstalling the app does not initially restore the Configure option.
- Using a different browser, incognito mode, or another user shows the same behavior.
- Configuration is also not available under connected apps in Atlassian admin.
- No clear error messages are displayed.
