3790856 - Why can't the Service Specification be saved or the Reverse Auction be published when created from a Sourcing Request in SAP Ariba?

• The Service Specification cannot be saved in a Reverse Auction.
• The event cannot be be published.
• Selecting Save does not save the changes, even though all mandatory fields are completed.
• The issue occurs when the Reverse Auction is created from a Sourcing Request.
• Items are automatically added from the Sourcing Request, but the expected core Line Item terms (such as Price, Quantity, and Extended Price) are missing.
