3790925 - How to overcome the client independent limitation of storage category in low releases?

Symptom

  • In this migration, the source system is on a lower release where the storage category configuration is client-independent. The target system, on a higher release, is client-dependent and uses different storage categories for the physical class SOFFPHIO.
  • The migration cannot be executed based on clients because the field MANDT does not exist in the corresponding table in the lower-release system.
