• Users encounter error notifications or empty task screens when opening or refreshing task lists in the SAP Mobile Start application (com.sap.mobile.start) or SAP Joule.
• In SAP Mobile Services Logs, the following warning and error messages appear under correlation traces:

  • Warning (Connectivity):

    Finished sending GET request to back end https://<tenant>.launchpad.cfapps.<region>[.hana.ondemand.com/dynamic_dest/](https://.hana.ondemand.com/dynamic_dest/)<destination>/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2;mo/TaskCollection/$count?$filter=ScenarioID eq 'FI_PARK_CI_RELEASE' and Status ne 'COMPLETED'... HTTP status from the back end is 400.

  • Error (Mobile Application):
