3791018 - Account Synopsis Displays Incorrect Information

After activating the Account Synopsis Generative AI scenario, the information displayed in the Account Synopsis tab is incorrect.

As the Account Synopsis scenario uses OpenAI models for its functionality, it uses available account data to generate summaries and may make assumptions or extrapolate information that is not explicitly stored in the system.

Due to this, depending on the data available in the account, it may find irrelevant information to display instead of the expected ones. 

Maintaining the Industry field in the account with the relevant industry assists the model to find more relevant data to this account. After updating this information and regenerating the results, the synopsis will display the expected information once more.
