3791066 - Applications cannot be found in WorkZone using keywords when Enterprise Search is enabled

Symptom

When Enterprise Search is enabled (Site Directory → Site Settings → User Capabilities → Enterprise Search = YES), applications cannot be in SAP Build Work Zone using the keywords configured in: Content Manager → Additional Info → Keywords.
