3791117 - I receive validation errors when submitting a copied purchase requisition with service line items in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing

When I copy a purchase requisition that contains a service line hierarchy (parent and child lines), the copied PR appears correct in the edit view. However, when I attempt to submit it, I receive validation errors. The issue is not visible in the UI and only becomes apparent at submission or when the PR is exported to Excel, where the ParentLineNumber column shows incorrect values on the child lines.
