Symptom

  • Unable to print an invoice or customer credit note created with transactions FB70 and FB75 without using the SD module.
  • Available correspondence types SAP11 and SAP19 produce account statements/open item lists instead of an invoice layout with line items and tax details.
  • Correspondence type SAP21 (Fi customer invoice) exists in cloud public edition but is not available in on‑premise/private cloud.
