Symptom

After successfully implementing SAP Notes 3721231 and 3765924, the business catalog SAP_SD_BC_EDOC_REPORTING_FR is not available in the Fiori Launchpad.

As a result, the Run Statutory Reports - France e-Reporting application (F1515_FR_4) may not be available.
