3791206 - Electronic Reporting for France: TT-69 "Net Price" is missing in the eReporting XML

Symptom

For France eReporting Flow 10, the TT-69 "Net Price" value is missing from the generated eReporting XML.

The <Price> element may be empty or the <PriceAmount> element may not be generated.

As a result, the generated XML may fail validation or may not be accepted when submitted to the French Public Invoicing Portal (PPF).
