3791329 - Analytical insights in Joule/Just Ask: Questions using business name instead of model name return no results with DSP Analytical views

• When using a DSP tunnel/indexed view and asking a query with the business name instead of the model name in Joule/Just Ask, no results are generated.
• Queries using the model name return results as expected.
• Users expect Joule/Just Ask to suggest the model and ideally display both model name and business name.
• No explicit error message or error code is displayed.

1. Connect to data via DSP tunnel/indexed view.
2. In Joule/Just Ask, ask a query that references the model by its business name (not the technical model name).
3. Observe that no results are returned.
4. Repeat the query using the technical model name and observe that results are returned.

• Currently, direct use of the business name in queries is not supported. This is a product limitation.
• Use Model Alias as a workaround.

1. Define a Model Alias in the model that corresponds to the desired business-friendly name.
2. Save the model changes.
3. In Just Ask administration, run Sync Model to refresh the model metadata used by Joule/Just Ask.
4. Re-run the query in Joule/Just Ask using the defined Model Alias; results should now be returned.
