3791346 - My Inbox - Approve Purchase Requisitions: details not displayed as expected - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In the "My Inbox" tile during Purchase Requisition approval, the purchase requisition header and item details are not displayed as expected.
• Approvers are unable to view purchase requisition information before taking approval actions.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "My Inbox" Fiori tile.
2. Select a Purchase Requisition approval item.
3. Observe that the purchase requisition header and item details are not displayed as expected.

1. Identify the business role(s) assigned to the approver who uses My Inbox - Approve Purchase Requisitions
2. In the Maintain Business Roles app, activate the IAM apps F1640_TRAN and F0862_PRC_APPROVEPR_TRAN for the relevant role(s).
3. Save and publish the role changes.
