3791350 - NIPING tool does not run repeatedly

Symptom

The NIPING test 3b in 500235 - Network Diagnosis with NIPING - SAP for Me between the SAP server and client PCs. The test is between two client PCs located on different networks against the same server. One client was observed sending PINGs at 60-minute intervals as expected, while the other did not send another PING even after more than 60 minutes had elapsed since the initial PING. 

You would like to understand if the NIPING test need to be executed strictly on a one-to-one basis (i.e., one server instance communicating with one client instance)?
