3791364 - Mass Document Generation - Job Owner Receives Separate Emails per User Instead of a Single Bundled Email

When using the Mass Document Generation feature and selecting "Email Job Owner" as the recipient option, the Job Owner receives one individual email per employee document rather than receiving all documents bundled together in a single email (e.g., as a ZIP file attachment).

The customer expects the following behavior:

• Multiple employee documents generated in a single mass generation job are delivered to the Job Owner in one consolidated email, ideally as a ZIP archive.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Mass Document Generation.
2. Configure a document generation job with multiple employees.
3. Select "Email Job Owner" as the recipient option.
4. Execute the job.
5. Observe that the Job Owner receives separate individual emails for each employee's document.

This is the current system behavior by design.

When "Email Job Owner" is selected as the recipient in Mass Document Generation, the system sends each employee's document as a separate individual email to the Job Owner. There is currently no option to consolidate multiple documents into a single email or ZIP file.

The available recipient options and their behaviors are as follows:

Bundling multiple documents into a single ZIP file and sending them in one email is not supported in the current system.
