3791367 - Time Off - Display Order of Accruals and Taken Absences Varies Between Users

In Time Off, the display order of "Accruals" and "Taken Absences" is inconsistent across different employees — for some employees, "Taken Absences" appears above "Accruals", while for others it appears below.

1. Access people profile of sample users, go to Administer Time, click on Time accounts tab；

2. In Overview (Past) section, the display order of "Accruals" and "Taken Absences" is inconsistent across different employees — for some employees, "Taken Absences" appears above "Accruals", while for others it appears below.

This is the current system behavior by design.

The display order of Accruals and Taken Absences entries in the Time Off page is determined by the chronological order in which each entry was generated. The most recently generated entry appears at the top.

• If an absence request is submitted after an accrual run, the absence entry will appear above the accrual entry.
• If an accrual is generated after an absence request, the accrual entry will appear above the absence entry.

This explains why different employees may see a different display order depending on when their respective accruals and absences were last generated.

There is currently no configuration option available to fix or define a static display order for these entries.
