3791427 - ITSmobile service displays blank screen when displaying or previewing a PDF file

Symptom

  • In ITS Mobile service, the print preview or other PDF displaying window opens but the PDF content area is blank;
  • The issue does not occur in SAP GUI for Windows or in SAP GUI for HTML;
  • In the content of the problematic POST request in the browser developer tool, the following info might be seen:
                <div class="MobileUserArea">
                    <!-- line 1 -->
                    <div class="MobileRow">
                        <!-- unsupported custom control -->
                    </div>
