The ICI Adoption Summary report in Ariba Contract Intelligence by Icertis, Premium Plus Edition is returning an error when accessed via the Reports tab.
The error indicates a broken linkage between reporting components, preventing the Power BI report from loading successfully. After initial resolution, the report displayed 'Blank' values for provisioned users, though subsequent validation confirmed functionality after user permission adjustments. The report refresh schedule was also not enabled post-deployment, unlike other OOTB Power BI reports.
