Symptom

  • Connector/subscription run displays: "Delivery: Error while delivery. An exception occurred while processing the file(s) in SAP Fieldglass. Please contact SAP Fieldglass support."
  • Connector/subscription run displays: "Delivery: Internal Server Error. An internal server error occurred while running connector or subscription. Please contact SAP Fieldglass support."
  • Run status may show "document:OK;delivery:ERROR".
  • Integration audit trail may show "File has no records."
  • Error stack can include messages such as "RuntimeException: Throwable in downloadtransformation Encryption" and "RecordNotFoundException: asset.not.found for category=PGP ... latestActive".
