The Contract Request feature lets employees ask the team responsible for making contracts to create a new contract for them. When making a request, users can add all the important details needed to create the contract. Depending on how your company uses Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), submitting a contract request might be something you have to do, or it could be optional.

The process of making a contract request is like how you create an agreement. Once the request is approved, you can easily create the actual contract using the information from the request. The Replace User functionality in Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (ICM) allows administrators to transfer ownership from one user to another in bulk.

This is commonly used when a user:

• Leaves the organization
• Changes roles
• No longer requires access to specific records
