3791526 - Self-Service Method to Export User Profile Data in Icertis

In Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), a User Profile represents the account that allows a person to log in and access the system. Each user profile determines:

• What the user can view
• What actions they can perform
• Whether they are an Internal User (employees) or External User (vendors, customers, partners) or External Users with Login Privileges.
• Access is controlled through User Groups, Security Groups, and assigned permissions.

If you need to extract user profiles along with User Group and Security Group details without raising a support case, you can easily do this from the UI using the User Login Report in the Reports tile.
