SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
Unable to access the Config - System Config menu in the SAP Ariba Contract Intelligence by Icertis environment. When attempting to access the System Configuration page, the user received the following error message:
“You are not assigned the required technical roles. Please contact the administrator to get access.”
Issue is in newly deployed system and using the initially provisioned/default account. Unable to create a new user account and doesn't have the required edit options available to assign roles or modify access.
