SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open Instance Refresh Tool.
2. Create Instance Refresh Request.
3. Choose Delete Pair.
4. Select the trash can icon for the decommissioned instance and confirm deletion.
5. Observe the error message.

When an instance has been decommissioned (or renamed), existing pairings referencing that instance become stale and cannot be removed via the Instance Refresh Tool user interface, which leads to the deletion error.

• Please contact product support by raising a ticket to LOD-SF-PLT-IRT and request the deletion of the impacted pairing.
