3791566 - CO8A: Co-Product Settlement – "First Used" Date Set at settlement run causes prior period inclusion of Equivalence numbers

When a co-product settlement rule is created via goods receipt, the "First Used" date of the OIT settlement rule is not populated at creation. It is only set during the first CO8A execution at month-end closing, reflecting the settlement period processed rather than the goods receipt posting date. This causes receipt quantities posted in a new month to be incorrectly included as equivalence numbers in the prior period's co-product calculation.
