Opening a dropdown picklist initially shows a few values, then displays "Loading..." indefinitely; the loading indicator never clears even after several minutes or page refresh. The behavior may be seen in any screens with the MDF portlet, i.e. Manage Data page, the Onboarding Data Collection pages and on the Latest People Profile.
