Symptom

Inspection decision was posted for an EWM inspection. The stocks are not losing their inspection reference in EWM, and there is a stuck WMQF* queue in EWM SMQ2 transaction with the error below.

Or, Check Monitor may raise the same error during inspection reference removal.
