Symptom

  • Start of supply process for electricity remains in Active status although all process steps and linked documents are completed.
  • Cloud process document (PDoc) shows an end step 8999, which is missing in the backend SOS PDoc.
  • In process monitoring, step 0800-0120 shows result “Reject”.
