3791629 - Cannot Access Application Manage Reporting Rules - F8535

To access the application "Manage Business Rules", below mandatory features need to be activated in your system: 
-Scope Item 28B
-Consolidation Additional Reporting Rule Dimensions (FINCS_ADDL_RPTG_RULE_DIMENS).

The user who needs to access the app "Manage Business Rules" needs to have assigned below business roles together with the business catalog "SAP_FIN_BC_CCON_CNFGRLS_PC":
-SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_GRP Administrator - Group Reporting
-SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT Group Accountant

You verify and all the above are correctly maintained in the system, but still you cannot access the "Manage Business Rules" app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Search for Manage Business Rules app.
2. Notice that you do not have access to this app.

The Business Roles are not updated after the activation of the features.

To access the "Manage Reporting Rules" app, you need to update the Business Roles. Follow below steps:

1. Go to the Business Role Templates app.
2. Enter SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT.
3. Select Go.
4. Select the arrow on the right side to open the details of the Business Role Template.
5. Select the last tab Business Roles.
6. Select the Group Accountant (SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT).
7. Click on Compare.
8. Select Business Catalogs.
9. It could be verified that the missing Business Catalogs are selected already.
10. Select Apply All, to update the Business Role.
11. Perform the above steps for the Business Role Template SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_GRP too to update the corresponding Business Role.
