Symptom
In the latest People Profile, the name of the rating is blank in the Overall performance portlet (sysOverallCustom1) when the rating is written back coming from a Calibration session.
- The card view shows a label (based on the source), but in the View All table the Name column is blank specifically for Calibration-sourced entries.
- Ratings sourced from People Profile/Trend Information display the Name correctly.
- No error message is shown
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- Calibrating with Employee Profile
Reproducing the Issue
- Complete a Calibration session that writes back a rating to the Overall performance trend block (sysOverallCustom1).
- Open People Profile and navigate to the Overall performance trend block.
- Verify the rating appears in the card view, then choose View All to open the detailed list/table.
- Observe that the Name field is blank for the Calibration-sourced row, while entries from other sources show a name.
Cause
- This is currently an expected system design: Calibration write-back does not populate the trend record Name field (FB_NAME).
Resolution
Note that this is working as designed: Calibration-sourced ratings do not populate the Name field in the trend record.
