3791716 - Nominations portlet search does not support position id or first and last name together in latest people profile

• In Latest People Profile > Nominations portlet, searching for an incumbent using first name and last name together returns no results.
• Searching by position id in the Nominations portlet returns no results.

• SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Go to Employee Profile.
2. Navigate to the Succession section.
3. Open Nominations.
4. Click Add.
5. Search for an incumbent or position.
6. Observe that first name + last name together, or position id, return no results.

The behavior is expected product design: the Nominations portlet does not query the position id/code field and supports searching by position title or by incumbent first name or last name individually.

1. When adding a nomination, search by Position Title instead of Position ID.
2. For person searches, enter either the incumbent’s First Name or Last Name (do not combine both).
3. If alignment with other tools is desired, consider submitting an enhancement request via the Customer Influence portal.
