3791729 - PMR created with zero quantity during Cloud WM staging from production order

• When staging a production order to create a PMR in Cloud WM, the PMR is created successfully but the component quantity is 0.
• On the production order side, during staging/simulation, the requirement quantity (LRESB-BDMNG) is 0.
• No error messages are displayed.

1. Following scope item 6NI, create a production order and maintain component quantities.
2. Release the production order.
3. Perform staging to create the PMR (for example, simulate staging from the production order).
4. Observe that the PMR is created with component quantity 0 and the requirement quantity on the order (LRESB-BDMNG) is 0 during staging.

• In the production scheduling profile, the indicator "Confirmed Quantity for TR Creation" is enabled. With this setting, only confirmed quantities are considered for transfer requirement creation; because no confirmed quantity exists for the component, the requirement quantity is not transferred, resulting in 0 quantity in the PMR.

1. In the production scheduling profile used for the order, disable the indicator "Confirmed Quantity for TR Creation" so the full requirement quantity is considered for staging.
2. Alternatively, ensure that a confirmed quantity exists for the component before staging so that the transfer requirement and PMR receive a non-zero quantity.
3. Re-stage or recreate the PMR from the production order and confirm that component quantities are populated as expected.
