3791735 - Space value (" ") is allowing required fields to be by-passed when CX is enabled

Candidates are able to enter a space value (“ “) into the application required fields, and they are able to apply to job requisitions when CX is enabled.

Candidate Profile fields that have the space value entered are validated upon applying, and are identified as blank and therefore they must be populated. Application fields are not.

This is a known issue already reported to Engineering.

The fix is scheduled to be deployed on 2H 2026, targeted to October 12th, 2026 for Preview, and November 13th, 2026 for Production.
