Total Time field shows different time patterns in the same report on Report Center.

1. Open a Story report in Report Center that includes the “Total Time (h:m:s)” field >
2. Display the field in a table or chart >
3. Observe that values render without leading zeros for single-digit components (for example, 0:1:23), while values with two digits display as expected (for example, 11:22:33).

The Story report “Total Time (h:m:s)” dynamically suppresses leading zeros, adjusting the visible time pattern based on the returned value.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
