3791795 - Custom Fields become not editable after registration to transport request

In the Development system, after creating a custom field in the Custom Fields app (F1481) and assigning it to a transport request using the Register Extensions for Transport app, the custom field becomes non-editable.

The following behavior is observed:

• The custom field can only be edited the first time it is opened after creation.
• Subsequent attempts to edit the field are not possible.
• The Is Changeable column in the Custom Fields app shows No for the affected field.
• The issue persists in the development system.

When attempting to unassign the custom field from the transport request, the following error is displayed:

Transport request can't be unassigned from item ZZ1_<FieldName> of type CFDF. Changes for item ZZ1_<FieldName> in transport <TransportRequest> are locked.
