3791836 - Program approvals not initiated: self-enrollment, withdrawal, and class approvals within schedule-based programs in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Approval processes configured at Class level are not initiated when enrollment is performed through a Scheduled-based Program, even with honorApprovalsForPrograms=true.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. In LMS_ADMIN, set honorApprovalsForPrograms=true.
2. Create an Instructor-Led Item, schedule a class, configure an approval process at the Class level.
3. Create a schedule-based Program and add the Class to it; publish to the library.
4. As a user, self-enroll into the Program. Observe that the learner is auto-enrolled into the Class and no Class-level approval is initiated.

Schedule-based Programs auto-enroll learners into included Classes; Class-level approvals are not supported in this Program type.

Note that for Schedule-based Programs Class level approvals for enrollment and withdrawal are not supported by design.
