The AI-assisted KPI and Report Summary features mentioned in the documentation are not visible or available in apps such as Analyze Credit Exposure or Credit Limit Utilization.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Prerequisites & Entitlements:

• To access generative AI features within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, an additional entitlement and authorization may be required. Consultation with the SAP Account Executive is recommended for detailed licensing information.
• Review SAP Note 3651017 - Activation of SAP Business AI Features in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition - SAP for Me to verify feature activation steps and check potential country/region availability restrictions.

2. Authorization & Role Assignment:

Ensure that the administrator assigns the following authorizations to the business user's role:

• Business Catalog: Smart Business - AI Assisted KPI and Report Summary (SAP_CORE_BC_SSB_SUM_PC)
• IAM App: AI-assisted KPI and Report Summary (F9188_TRAN)

Note: The AI-assisted KPI and Report Summary feature can be enabled by customers only for custom-created reports. They cannot enable it for SAP delivered reports. Only the application team owning the SAP delivered report can choose to enable this feature and deliver it to customers, and currently the AI feature for Non Managed Spend has not been enabled by the owning application team.

For any SAP delivered report that has not yet been enabled for generating AI summary - customers can raise the request with the owning application team and as a alternative, they can create a copy of the standard report and enable the flag for their use.
