3791850 - Candidate not available in onboarding dashboard due to NINO validation format error – Onboarding

• Candidate is not available in the Onboarding Dashboard.
• In To do Business process, error found
• An error occurred while saving the HRIS data for the user David Stanhope due to the following reason: Please enter a valid NINO. You should use the format AANNNNNNA.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Regular Expression of NINO is not met.

1. Go to Manage business configuration > nationalIdCard_GBR.
2. The Regular Expression of NINO is (?!(BG|GB|NK|KN|NT|TN|ZZ))((?![DFIQUV])[A-Z]{1})((?![DFIOQUV])[A-Z]{1})[\d]{2}[\d]{2}[\d]{2}[ABCD]{1} .
3. Double-check the number with the candidate.
4. Correct the national id in Recruiting based on Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping.
5. Refresh odata metadata cache.
6. Click Restart button from To do > Business Process error task.

Validation Rules

• First character restriction: Must not be D, F, I, Q, U, or V 
• Second character restriction: Must not be D, F, I, O, Q, U, or V
• Forbidden prefix combinations: BG, GB, KN, NK, NT, TN, and ZZ must not be used as prefixes
• Middle section (characters 3–8): Must be numeric (6 digits) 
• Suffix (last character): Must be one of A, B, C, or D only
