3791907 - Case Party Schema: Cannot Assign Multiple Processors

Cannot assign multiple processor to case entity

SAP Service Cloud Version 2

1. Open Service Cloud Version 2 and navigate to All settings
2. Search for Case Party Schema, then select the Processor party role.
3. Disable the Unique switch and save the configuration.
4. Open a case and attempt to assign more than one Processor party.
5. Observe that only one Processor can be assigned.

By standard system design, only one Processor party can be assigned per case. Disabling the Unique setting does not enable multiple Processor assignments.

This is the standard system behavior.
