3791919 - No proper document type in I-9 Reverification for Lawful Permanent Resident employee - Onboarding

For employee who is a Lawful Permanent Resident, it's not able to complete I-9 Reverification (I-9 Section 3) due to no proper document type can be selected in the task.

*Note:

• A Lawful Permanent Resident is not presenting a Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551).
• A Lawful Permanent Resident is ONLY put through I-9 Reverification if their past document present a Temporary Work Authorization Document (e.g. a Temporary I-551 Stamp, etc.). If not, then they should not be going through I-9 Reverification.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. I-9 Reverification is triggered for a lawful permanent resident whose employment authorization is documented with a passport containing a Temporary I-551 Stamp.
2. Select "No" for "Has the employee's citizenship or immigration status changed?" field.
3. Proceed and find no proper document type can be select.

Known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
