3791931 - User-Defined Field (UDF) Values Are Cleared After Editing or Saving an Equipment Record

Symptom

  • When navigating to the Equipment edit page and saving a record, one or more User-Defined Field (UDF) values are unexpectedly cleared.
  • The issue occurs regardless of whether a UDF field was modified, editing any field on the record and saving is sufficient to trigger the data loss.
  • No error message is displayed and the save appears to complete successfully, making the data loss difficult to detect immediately.
