3791971 - "Maintain Production Supply Areas" App Not Available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The "Maintain Production Supply Areas" Fiori application cannot be found in the SAP Fiori Launchpad search.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Fiori Launchpad.
  2. Use the search to look for application “Maintain Production Supply Area”.
  3. Observe that the application does not appear in the search results.

Cause

Missing assignment of required business catalog SAP_SCM_BC_KNBN_CTRLC_MGMT_MC for access to the Maintain Production Supply Areas app.

Resolution

To be able to assign the business catalogs, the following scope items must be active on your system:

  1. 1E3 - Material Replenishment with Kanban - External Procurement (1E3).
  2. 4B3 - Material Replenishment with Kanban - In-House Production (4B3).
  3. 4B4 - Material Replenishment with Kanban - Stock Transfer (4B4).
