3792009 - Lean services (S4CI1) Purchase Orders to integrated suppliers fail due to missing cXML comment Type

Symptom

  • Purchase Orders (POs) for integrated suppliers fail due to missing Type in comments/texts in the OrderRequest cXML payload.
  • The cXML does not populate the Type attribute for header comments/texts; expectation is a value such as Header Text or Header Note, similar to Commerce Automation flow.
  • The issue occurs when POs contain texts at header and/or item level and the supplier SAP ERP logic requires a comment type.
