The automatic process: Learning Approval Email Notification sends notifications with changing intervals.

1. Configure the Learning Approval Email Notification APM to run daily at a set time and set the Notification interval (in days), for example, 7.
2. Have pending approvals that require manager action.
3. Observe that reminders are sent to all approvers together based on a single APM-level interval rather than per approval.
4. Observe that the effective interval can vary (for example, 7 or 8 days) depending on when the prior APM run finished and when all notifications were successfully delivered.

• The notification interval is calculated from the previous APM job’s finish time, not from approval creation time and not from job start time.
• The interval is maintained at the APM job level for all recipients; there is no per-approval or per-user timing state stored.
• If a scheduled run occurs even a few seconds before the interval boundary, no notifications are sent that day.
• The interval is not considered met until all notifications in a run have been successfully delivered.
• Variations in run duration and completion time can cause an apparent drift, resulting in N or N+1 days between notifications for a configured N‑day interval.

• Product Management confirmed, this is the expected behavior currently.
• The first reminders are sent with the first successful APM run after enablement; subsequent reminders follow the APM-level interval computed from the prior run’s finish time
