Symptom
After the SAML Verifying Certificate is updated in SuccessFactors Provisioning under Single Sign-On (SSO) Settings, users are unable to access SmartRecruiters through the SuccessFactors module picker.
The login attempt fails, and an error page is displayed. In some cases, the following error message appears:
"AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM OCCURRED The InResponseTo attribute in the SAML response does not match any known request."
Because all users, including administrators, are locked out of SmartRecruiters, configuration changes cannot be made through the SmartRecruiters interface.
