3792102 - Initiate the SAP Cloud Identity Services Identity Authentication Service Integration error

• An error occurs when attempting to activate "Initiate the SAP Cloud Identity Services Identity Authentication Service Integration" from the Upgrade Center.
• Error message: "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=6e38a782-d5af-45af-b149-71d3fe845640, timestamp=2026-07-31T07:02:17.341+0000, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring."
• The process fails consistently despite successful upgrades in test and development systems earlier in the week.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Upgrade Center.
2. Click Upgrade for "Initiate the SAP Cloud Identity Services Identity Authentication Service Integration".
3. Enter the email address.
4. Click Request New Tenant.
5. On the confirmation screen, click Yes.

1. Check the entered email address and validate if the email address is associated to the S-User ID of the owner of the instance.
   1. To get this done, access SAP For Me - Home - SAP for Me and access the Users & Contacts 
      
      
      
      
   2. On the next page, access the My Important Contacts and Search for the instance with the instance 
      
      
      
      
   3. Check as per the Installation Name as SFSF and verify the email address associated to the S-User ID mentioned across.
2. Second main concern, can be due to the missing first name or last name for the logged in user.
   1. Both the first name and last name are automatically populated from the currently logged-in user’s data. If the first name or last name has an empty value, this can be a cause.
   2. Please set a valid first name or last name for the current user and try again, or use another valid admin user with the first name and last name to trigger the upgrade.
