3792137 - When creating a functional location via BAPI or migration, location and account assignment data is not inherited

Symptom

When creating a functional location via BAPI or migration (using BAPI_FUNCLOC_CREATE directly or via function DMC_MIG_FUNCTIONAL_LOCATION which used by the migration cockpit and also calls BAPI_FUNCLOC_CREATE), location and account assignment data is not inherited from the superior functional location.

The following data is affected:

DATA_GENERAL-PP_WKCTR ILOA-PPSID Object ID of PP work center

DATA_GENERAL-ASSET_NO ILOA-ANLNR Main Asset Number
DATA_GENERAL-COSTCENTER ILOA-KOSTL Cost Center
DATA_GENERAL-WBS_ELEM ILOA-PROID Work Breakdown Structure Element (WBS Element)
DATA_GENERAL-STANDORDER ILOA-DAUFN Standing order number
DATA_GENERAL-SETTLORDER ILOA-AUFNR Settlement order
