Current position not updated in real time while in the Visits OWL Map view.

SAP Cloud for Customer Core Applications

1. Access the C4C extended app on a tablet device (for example, iOS).
2. Open the Visits OWL view and switch to the map view.
3. Enable the current position.
4. Select the option “Current position."
5. Observe that the map determines the current position.
6. Move to a different location and observe that the map does not update the current position in real time.

The application is designed without continuous location tracking; it updates location only when manually requested. Automatic/live location updates are not supported by design.

• Use the Current Location button (located above the Settings icon) to manually fetch and display the latest device location.
• Note that automatic/live location updates are not supported; manual refresh is required by design to avoid performance impact.
• No defect is involved; the behavior is expected based on the current implementation.
